Neil Bonnett was a member of the famous "Alabama Gang" red farmer and Allison family. In fact, he began his career under the tutelage of the great Bobby Allison.

1994 Bonnett was ready to start for the season, and he had secured a sponsor for at least six races owner James Finch. Season kick-off was the Daytona 500, but turned out to be a tragic paradigm.
