The effect of Chrysler bankruptcy on NASCAR

With the global economic crisis in full swing, we start to see, some fairly large players start to fall.  It's no surprise that the American automotive industry has faced difficult times. It was only a question of when the...Uuhm...Mud would hit the fan.  Now it has in the automotive industry in spades.  We see now in Chapter 11 bankruptcy with GM almost certainly soon follow Chrysler.  Have so what impact this provided on the NASCAR circuit, which is dominated by car, by the big three?

Dodge/Chrysler is currently seven NASCAR teams, in particular with Kyle Bush drive a Dodge.  While not much an Executive's Dodge could, Kyle would have the light at the end of the tunnel, Dodge was looking down.  To understand the impact, which could have these bankruptcies, we must consider a few factors. First of all, what's under the hood, and secondly, what exactly means it bankruptcy enter?

These guys drive can the cars that have the Chrysler, Dodge, GM and Ford label on it, but these cars do not come from the Assembly line yesterday.  For the most part, they are similar to an assembly line vehicle on the outside, but this is for the most part, where the similarity ends.  These cars then the concept of market to the extreme.  Are slimmed-down by experienced mechanics and pretty good in a new car completely for high speed maximum security guarantee built rebuilt.  Of the suspension, engines to sit and steering wheel that dad is, Chevrolet as it were not.  Even the tires are made exclusively for NASCAR.  So even if one or all of the big three disappeared tomorrow, as long as someone can make available and aerodynamic shell, must be to drive a car.  Toyota now has such a great fighter in NASCAR for many years.

Next, we look at the bankruptcy process itself.  Without too technical in the United States of the bankruptcy, Chapter 11 as one is there six kind of the most common and the type of the Chrysler for stored.  In Chapter 11, the debtor retains title.  This type of bankruptcy protects the owner of creditors and makes it possible for time, a plan, acceptable to creditors, to continue on with normal operation, as soon as they come out of bankruptcy protection to develop.

The reality is that it is likely go, go little impact on the NASCAR of one of the big three automakers into bankruptcy. In Chapter Eleven, outweigh the exposure that it receives by far with NASCAR associated is the cost of capital.  The relationship is a net gain for automakers, so not something that they don't go this to easily let go of.  One of the three should disappear completely, there are many other options for NASCAR teams. There's just something patriotic and not American about dominated the field in the race it's hard?  No one is going to be, that go away.
